Summary: Great quiet location. Forest behind us was a good bonus. We’ll appointed kitchen. Management was very responsive. Our only complaint was the late check-in and early check- out. Our daughter loved the grass in the backyard. Having a fenced in porch for our dog was amazing.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay! Very nice quiet neighborhood, very clean, nice furniture, great tvs, wonderful family dining table! Plenty of space for all of us! Patio, hot tub & play structure & yard we’re a bonus! Plenty of patio chat too! Ping pong was fantastic! Bikes were adequate. Great there were 2 fridges! Den with bunks & futon great for kids! Only negatives were not enough paper goods, dish soap & wash cloths. We bought extra. Cutting boards slipped on counter (Costco has great ones with “feet” won’t slip & knives dull. Those 2 things are an accident waiting to happen. Hubby is a chef & had difficulty prepping food. Grater also sun par. Just a friendly suggestion. Last vrbo we stayed at had to clean tons before use so this vrbo nicely cleaned. Only problem there was broken glass on the kitchen floor & patio table dirty. Also would have been nice if there were small side tables for chairs over by hot tub. Got VERY CLEAN ! Overall 5 stars, owners have done a great job! Beds were also very comfortable! Would recommend for sure! Great family memories! ( Maybe put comfy seats on the women’s bike)

Summary: Great property! Management is really responsive to any questions or concerns. There’s a playground on the property which is so cool. The patio is enclosed and locked. We didn’t have to baby proof the house at all. There was a high chair and pack n play available. The walking/bike paths are right there too.

Summary: We thought this home was a great set up for a family with small children. We appreciated the fenced deck, the play structure and grass, and lots of space for hanging out. I would love to see the facility come with SHARC passes. The front door was a little tricky to get open and closed which was difficult for the kids to go in and out. It was quite hot while we were there and although air conditioning would’ve been nice, the house did a fairly good job holding in the cool night air. Would recommend!

Summary: We finally made it!! This was our first time to Sunriver after two previous attempts scuttled by COVID shut downs. Oregon Loop 40 was great. Good house for 4-7 people in beds. More if futon is ok. Back deck was very private (a rare luxury in SunRiver) due to backing up to fenced HOA property ie no paths or houses behind the house. Ping pong table like ours at home was great. Hot tub after a day of biking, hiking, rafting etc was great. Two refrigerators!!! New fenced deck with accessible dog area worked great with our pup. The supplied cruiser bikes were all well maintained and operational, however we brought our own bikes and did lots of single track during our visit. Bikes are really the primary way to get around SunRiver so bring your favorite bike or at least your favorite backpack to carry stuff and ride a supplied cruiser. We walked the housing loop 2-3 times a day with dog, neighbors were friendly etc. Driveway is snug for two vehicles regarding length if you have a long Full sized SUV or Truck you will need to back into a side pad area beside the garage to get far enough in off the street. So two small cars and one larger ish parking space in the driveway 3 vehicles. Garage could be used for more parking if needed but it works well for game time space👍 No street parking in Sunriver HOA property so driveway parking is important to planning your trip and who’s going etc.

Summary: We would like to thank the owner for having us and might come back given similar numbers of of family. There were a number of cigarette butts on the driveway when we arrived which was a turn off, and for a pet friendly place there is a neighbor down the road a couple of places that lets his dog loose every morning, but kicked our dog in front of our grandkids when his dog approached our doodle. Other than that warning for other potential renters we enjoyed our stay. Thank you
