Summary: We reserved a family room and requested wheelchair access for our son. We were placed on the 2nd floor, NO LIFT. Only 2 towels for a family of 4. No tea in the coffee/tea stash. Toiletries were shabby and cheap. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice but a bit unclean in places and no leisure staff at all to speak to for queries. Poor selection of wines by the glass. Overall, for the price I paid for one night, I was expecting a higher level of hotel on all areas.

Summary: Just had a two night stay here for the landrover fest and almost everything was great. The house keeping staff kept all areas clean and tidy and the room was no exception. Air conditioning was a must have in 30° temperatures which enabled a decent sleep on the comfortable beds. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff also. Star of the show was Andrea, she couldn't do enough for us and treated my son and me like friends she'd known for ages. There was a small charge for parking but it was plentiful and secure so no problems there. So landy show all day Saturday and the England Norway game in the evening after a very agreeable steak. I'd certainly do it again, many thanks for a lovely break people.

Summary: The room smelt of stale smoke and the bed was alike sleeping on stone henge. If you’re looking for a restful night, this isn’t the place. Breakfast didn’t make me any happier.

Summary: Check-in was fine room was fine, but on closer inspection we had booked the room for three adults but was only serviced for two adults so down the stairs I went and collected clean items and more sundry items we went to make a cup of tea and the cups hadn’t been cleaned so down I went again and collected clean mugs but saying that they were very apologetic overall comfortable stay
