Its location is second to none, with Orion Beach right at the end of the backyard, one of the calmest and quietest beaches in the bay where dolphins swim close to shore, the water is crystal clear and sands bright white.
Inside, not only will you enjoy sweeping views of the water from the kitchen, dining and main living spaces but you'll find multiple areas to relax, a pool table, log and gas fires. Not to mention the 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!

- 7 bedrooms with 5 queen rooms and 2 with 2 x king single beds (note the king single rooms are connected - there is a door taking you from one of these rooms to the next, making it a great kids wing but access to the second is through the first room)
- Sleeps 14 but we have a maximum of 10 adults and 4 children plus infants in a travel cot. This house is for family groups, it is not suitable for young or party groups

Access to Orion Beach is just off the backyard of this property across a pedestrian waterside track. This walking track takes you to Hyams Beach or Huskisson without leaving the water's edge and is perfect for bikes, prams or running.
Off street parking on our driveway and plenty of additional, free street parking.
Please note 3 of the bedrooms are upstairs. There are also a few steps between the two lower levels meaning guests must be able to climb at least these to access the property.

Summary: This holiday house was the perfect getaway for our group! Just a short walk to the beach, we loved hearing the soothing sound of the waves from the back porch. The location was excellent, with an easy walk to nearby shops for convenience. Inside, the house was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedrooms and two large living areas that easily accommodated all 12 of us. Whether relaxing indoors or enjoying the outdoors, this place had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Summary: Oasis is a big house that can accommodate 3 families that sits in a beautiful spot, right on the beaches of Jervis Bay. We went with 3 families for Easter and had a fantastic time. Would love to go back.

Summary: The property is perfectly located, the beach(es) is on your doorstep. We loved hearing the waves and wildlife/bird spotting from the back verandah. The house was well equipped and clean. It has several different spaces to meet the needs of everyone (from young to old!). We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This place is perfect for a big family gathering. We celebrated my 40th Birthday. We had a access to a spacious, well stocked kitchen. The house also has a beautiful outdoor area with a powerful gas BBQ which was perfect for an afternoon session. The rooms are spacious, plenty of bed sheets and towels provided as well as basic toiletries. There is also a Nespresso machine if you want to bring pods. The beach is literally 20m away from the house. Lovely place overall. Already planning to return!

Summary: Great position, and accommodation well suited to family groups. Some beds rather old and uncomfortable. No aircon in kitchen/family room. Well supplied with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Dining table very “sticky”….needs to be resurfaced. Nice beach below very suitable for young children
