Summary: We stayed at this property for nine days, so we got to know it well. Pros: --Jose was quick to respond to any questions that I had and was able to help with all of them. --The house was well stocked with everything from laundry detergent and trash bags to shower gel and toilet paper. The kitchen had more than adequate spices, so I only needed to supplement a little. --It was fun! My ten year old loved the pool table, and my thirteen year old loved playing ping pong. The hot tub was clean and well functioning, although we didn't really make use of it. --The A/C on the main side of the house was great. I'm sure it holds up well in summer (this was April). --The house had easy access to I-4 and everything from CostCo to restaurants. CONS: --Curb appeal was lacking. Neighbors on both sides park on their lawns, and the lawn of the house itself was more dirt than grass, although that seemed pretty standard for the area. --Kitchen pots/pans and plates etc. were lacking. There was a dishwasher, but it was impossible to fill because we always needed plates! --The surface level of the house was ok, but it could have used a deep clean. There was caked on dust in the molding, etc. --The house would benefit from several minor repairs. Ex. The front door has no weather stripping, so bugs can get in, and A/C can get out. The bathroom on the secondary side had a hole in the wall and non-functioning shower door. Overall, I'd say we got what we paid for, which is why I give it 4 stars, despite the negatives.

Summary: Nice place to stay! Fenced in backyard and grill were a big plus! Plenty of room, wish i couldve brought more family with me!! Hopefully next time. The hammock wasnt there which would be the only negative thing to say. But other than that small detail, everything thing else far surpassed my expectations!!! Highly recommend!!!

Summary: Clean and quiet , quiet neighborhood, no many seating options - just a couch , dining room table ,,,needs More Dishes and some pretty bedding, very basic , but was fine for us, missing badminton birdies and pingo poing paddles ,,,

Summary: Overall this was a good place for us to stay with our dogs to visit with family for thanksgiving. First, the positives that stood out to us: - Jose was very fast to respond to us when we had not received our check-in access code 1 hour before arriving. No problem at all - he answered our call and resent the email. - The house offers some entertaining options with the pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, and yard - The yard is great for the dogs - it was super convenient being only 10-15 minutes from most of my family - AC worked great (which is important in Florida!) There were some things that could use a little updating or TLC (very hard mattresses, old pots that don’t sit flat on stove, older linens) , but the one constructive comment I need to say is that although 11 people could sleep here, the rest of the house doesn’t comfortably accommodate 11 people. We were only three staying there (me, my husband and son) but then we had 7 family members over for thanksgiving dinner and there is only one small couch and two high-bar chairs in the living room for people to sit and lounge. The dining table barely accommodates 5 people. There weren’t even 10 large plates for everyone to eat, which was fine for us since we had decided on disposable for that night anyways and brought everything we needed, not knowing what the house would have, but my point is that if you’re advertising a house that sleeps 10-11, it would be good to really accommodate that number beyond a place to sleep.

Summary: The cook wear was really old and not usable had to buy cookware to cook with. Wasn’t very clean only had about 4 or 5 wash cloths, had a hair dryer but it didn’t work. Not worth what the owner charges per night. Next time I will do more research

Summary: We stayed at Casa Verde for a week with our two teenage sons, two dogs and a cat, and all enjoyed our stay. The room configuration included two bedrooms at each end of the house, so noise from our gamer son was largely contained. The dogs enjoyed the occasional squirrel sighting in the large shaded back yard, and we got to see both dogs and the cat sitting together at the sliding door to watch the birds, squirrels and occasional butterfly or gecko that wandered into view.

Summary: Nice location. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of space. Very clean but could use a few upgrades to make it even better. Enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables. Kitchen well stocked with spices. Would stay here again

Summary: My family really enjoyed our stay here! The house was close to everything, yet on a quiet street. Our host, Jose was wonderful and helpful! We had 2 small dogs that loved the big yard. Lots of activities at the house. We will definitely stay with a property belonging to this host again!
