4 Bedroom Villa in Mission Park, Clermont

Our villa is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1700 square foot, pet free home, in a quiet gated community located in a country setting and enjoy a hotel license for a maximum of eight guest and is set up to accommodate stays of five nights or more.
The Villa has king beds in both master bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms, separated by a full bath. The villa is only 12 miles from the Walt Disney exit on Rt 192.
Our rate is ALL inclusive, other than a modest cleaning fee, which will allow you to have unlimited use of the pool heat, and setting the house temperature to your liking.
The villa has a Reme Halo Whole Home In-Duct Air Ultraviolet Cell light purifier installed in the AC air exchanger. The 2020 upgrade was designed to help remove Viruses, Mold, Bacteria, Vocs etc. and is capable of purifying the air as it passes through the central air conditioning system.
The Villa has high speed Wi-Fi throughout as well as pool-side and in the game room. The villa also has ambient Solar Sun Tunnel ceiling lighting in both the kitchen and living room. We have also added Roku's to all TV's so you can stream your favorite shows after a busy day.
Check-in is seamless as you don't need to connect with anyone. All that is waiting to meet you, is a door programmed with your personal security code.
We do maintain a non-smoking residence and restrict pets so that all can enjoy the Villa. Violation of pet policy or non-smoking policy will result in immediate termination of the short term lease and forfeiture of the $200 security deposit. Smoking is permitted outside only.
The Villa has a large screened in lanai with a 15 X 30 pool that runs from 3 ft -6 ft plus a spa and comfy pool furniture. Area around the pool is landscaped with palm trees and flowers. The Pool/ Spa has underwater lights for evening swims. We take security very seriously so the pool is surrounded by fencing as well as a security alarm on the sliding door to alert of anyone exiting the house to the pool area.
Note: In the winter months, it can be quite cold in Florida still, so the pool/spa may not fully heat to the desired temperature or take a little longer. Please keep this in mind if you are choosing our Villa during the winter months and are expecting to swim.
We also have a private gas grille area just outside the pool cage on the left.
The garage has been decorated for a game room with regulation size pool table, 6 foot air hockey table, chairs and ceiling fan.
We strive to make our home cozy as your home away from home. We are working all the time to make updates to ensure you stay is enjoyable. We and our local management company strive to maintain a 5-star rating by our guest.
Villa extra's includes: strollers, a baby high chair, pack and play, baby walker plus hair dryers and an iron/iron board.
Mission Park is a gated community in a country setting, built to accommodate both permanent homeowners as well as homes for short term rentals for vacationers like you. Mission Park has wide sidewalks for that morning or evening walk or jog.

Summary: This house is in a great location just on the edge of Orlando in a quiet, secure neighborhood. It was easy to get in and out of and just a short trip to stores and restaurants. The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. It was very clean and comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. We needed to reach out to the owner for a minor thing and she responded almost immediately to help us figure things out. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area! Highly recommended!

Summary: This is the second year we’ve stayed. I’m not related to the host and wasn’t paid for this review- so when I say you will never find a better host, it’s no exaggeration. This host genuinely CARES about your vacation experience. The communication is almost instantaneous if needed. Summary: This is the perfect home for a family to enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer. Located in a gated community filled with lovely homes. A modern, open floor plan greets you with all the amenities you could hope for. Lavishly decorated and ample supplies for everything you might need. Immaculately clean, a heated pool with a hot tub entertained our grandchildren and children alike. The kitchen is exceptional with an enormous selection of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, appliances, such as a crock pot, blender and much more than we have typically found at other rentals. Delicious meals around the dining room table and the outdoor grill added to our family's happy memories. This one is hard to beat!!

Summary: This home offered everything that we needed. Was cozy and exactly as described. The owner was very receptive and prompt and a pleasure to work with. Only complaint was the fluke of cold weather in Florida therefore the jacuzzi and pool heaters could not do a good enough job for us to utilize them as we would have liked

Summary: Home is well kept and located close to Disney, Universal, golf and grocery stores. Located in a quiet and secure community. Appreciated the home layout, three bathrooms, washer & dryer and the game room as we travelled with kids and grandkids. Disappointed by the lack of heat for the pool and hot tub. Although advertised as heated, neither one ever attained more than 65 degrees… apparently, the pool heater stops in cold outside weather - which wasn’t expected. Otherwise, we had a great stay and owners were very welcoming and responsive.

Summary: Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to Disney. Great gated community and neighbours. Beautiful home, extremely clean, and stocked with all amenities. Amazing area and close to grocery stores, Walmart, and lots of excellent restaurants. Also Debby is an amazing host. I stayed at this house during Hurricane Milton and Debby checked in frequently to make sure we were safe and also offered to work with us should we have decided to leave early. I can't say enough about this property and the host. Highly recommend!
