Positive: Spacious appartment , fully equipped, clean and quiet , Swimming pool , fittnesss and other amenities around.
Negative: All was almost perfect, but maybe if I could point out sth… I could add coffee in appartment. When you travel , there is different coffee maker in each place, so at least few coffee capsules would be great.

Positive: I had a great experience staying at this apartment in Orlando. What I appreciated the most was the excellent location — very close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping, which made getting around super easy. The apartment is also quite spacious, clean, and well-suited for families. We had plenty of room to relax, and it felt comfortable throughout our stay. The owner was very kind and responsive, which really made a difference. Communication was smooth, and any questions we had were handled quickly.
Negative: If I had to mention one downside, it would be that some of the furniture felt a bit outdated. However, this didn’t affect our overall comfort or enjoyment.

Positive: The apartment is in a great location and close to the airport, Universal and SeaWorld (and Disney isn’t too far either). A very comfortable apartment for our family of 4. We enjoyed the pool (and pool bar) and the kids loved the splash pad.
Negative: Apartment could do with a little more cutlery and crockery.

Positive: The overall property is beautiful with pools and gym. Close to shopping and convention center and many theme parks. Can’t beat condo location. Condo was clean. Decor cute. Lots of hooks in rooms and places to set items in bathroom. Kitchen stocked enough for basic meal prep. Washer/ dryer.
Negative: Condo was on bottom floor which meant balcony was underwhelming. I’ve stayed at different units in complex and utilize the balcony regularly. If this is important to you then choose a different one. No view when seated due to privacy hedges and next to air conditioner units for whole building. It backs up to a beautiful lake but you can’t see it. It was my fault for not asking about floor location. Lesson learned. Also we stayed 10 days and were provided very limited amenities. It does say you will have to replenish your own but one paper towel roll and two rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 10 days? 2 trash bags, 2 dish tablets? Seems like we were stocked for a 2 day stay. Would have expected at least double that for 10 days. The quality of the limited amenities was also terrible. Cheapest options. Like you get at a budget motel. I’d rather have paid an extra $5/night to have decent quality paper towels (not tissue paper ones that were provided) and actual hand soap (not the cheap tiny white bar). Ended up going to store to buy added amenities that were better quality. Had to purchase trash bags, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent. That stuff makes a difference when forking over thousands of dollars for a stay. The second bedroom also needs a mirror. It would provide a space to get ready when multiple people are getting ready and the bathroom is being utilized. Small things like that would have made this rental a 10/10!!
