Summary: From the moment we walked until we left it was fantastic. The staff was great and many spoke English. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had, our dinner at Aruna was very good. My wife and i both loved our massages at the spa. Super safe neighborhood big comfy rooms... stay here:)

Summary: Oro Verde is a great hotel chain, but the one in Cuenca always forgets my Expedia VIP benefits and never offers me an upgrade. I have stayed there many times and these benefits have never been offered to me. The other branches round Ecuador have always offered these benefits to me. This is the only complaint I have about Oro Verde Cuenca.
