Negative: The bunk bed mattress was more comfortable than the queen bed but could be a personal preference. If you are staying for more than a few days, I would suggest taking a couple extra pans because skillets are small.

Positive: The area is so lovely and there is a lot to do. It was quiet and peaceful and the room had just what we needed.
Negative: When we arrived the room was not clean, but the owners were very responsive and helped us to remedy the situation quickly.

Positive: Great location near Indian Point Marina (where we rented a boat for the day) and Silver Dollar City. Everything was clean and well-taken care of. Loved having bunk beds for the kids. The small kitchen area was nicely equipped, and the decent-sized living room to relax in was a plus. Kids enjoyed the pool and said it was really clean. Property was much smaller than anticipated but can tell owners are working to make it an enjoyable place with the space they have. Liked the picnic benches and mini grills out front and pleasant landscaping.
Negative: Wish we had known about the strong sulphur water smell, not bothersome for shower but not pleasant to drink. Thankfully corner store down the street had bottled water. Air conditioner units could use filters or a cleaning (strong smell there too) but I am also really sensitive to smells.
Summary: Branson on a budget! Clean and convenient.
