Negative: The apartment felt sterile to me. No personality. That bothered me. Totally functional and equipped. I just felt off while there.

Positive: Lovely appartment in a quiet street up in Eupen. Good starting point for hikes in nature. The accommodation is well-equiped, especially the kitchen. Great shower. It takes +/- 20 minutes from the centre of Eupen and train station.
