Summary: We came to Cinci for a wedding weekend and was advised of all the possible hotels to stay in while visiting. The expense of getting 3 hotel rooms for our family and just the hassle of trying to make it work was overwhelming. Had a thought of VRBO and wow...this one was the only left that fit our needs, price point & what a surprise. We truly felt like we were on vacation and not busy with all of the wedding stuff. This home is a gem! WOW - super easy and we wish we could go back in the winter just to get the "feels" there of a cozy day. You will not go wrong with your home away from home experience here. Loved the work out room! Thank you!

Summary: We stayed here for my birthday weekend in August 2023, and to do all things Cincinnati (Reds games, zoo, casino, etc). The house itself is super unique, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. We had 3 couples staying for the long weekend, and we loved that every floor had its own bedroom and full bathroom. In addition, the large, upstairs deck had great views and was spacious enough for all of us to hang out comfortably. Aside from the house, the location is excellent. We were a short car / Uber ride from everything Cincinnati has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

Summary: We were coming to Cincinnati to visit two colleges and we included a Reds game and visit to the museums at Union Terminal. The house was perfect! The location is ideal for getting to all the great sites in Cincinnati. The house is spectacular - great views, super clean and spacious. All of the little extras provided by the host are top notch. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Cincinnati.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The house was all we hoped for. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. It had all the amenities we needed. The location was in close proximity to several attractions. Easy access to the interstate.

Summary: The property had a ton of extras which we weren't even expecting that made the stay more enjoyable. Marcus was very thorough and made sure everything was good for our stay. We were able to take advantage of some great OTR restaurants and the 5 minute Uber ride was nice.

Summary: House was absolutely fantastic. Very clean, very spacious and top to bottom full of amenities. This place has everything one could possibly think of regarding a place to stay, although this place is truly much more than that. Stuff like extra blankets everywhere in the house, charging cables of electronic devices provided, even scented oils and noise canceling devices in the bedrooms. You do not need to look any further than this place for somewhere to stay while in Cincinnati. Close to everything, either walkable or worst case by Uber or Lyft for very little cost because of its proximity to all things downtown. If looking for downtown Cincy accommodations, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: My family came to Cincinnati for our mother's funeral. We wanted a property where we could all be together to support each other. This home was perfect! We had two couples and one teenager. Each had a bedroom on a separate floor and a private bathroom. The house was located ideally. We could quickly get to the stores and restaurants as needed, and it was only 15 minutes from Spring Grove Cemetary. Our host, Marcus, couldn't have been nicer, more responsive, or more concerned that we had a wonderful experience. This is a gem of a property. The only thing that could have been better was the reason for the trip. Thank you, Marcus!

Summary: We came to visit family during Christmas. Despite a blizzard, our family of 5 did not feel on top of eachother while spending so much time inside this beautiful home. Marcus has everything we needed and then some. The gym space was perfect for us (especially since we could get outside for extended periods). The parking pad was very nice. We also enjoyed the small notes and labels left around. It was like a scavenger hunt for the kids. On our next visit to Cinci, we will definitely be looking to stay here again. 12/10 would stay here again.

Summary: I was lucky to stay at this house in November with several family members, including my four year old daughter. Everyone was blown away by the house; pictures don’t do it justice (and it looks great in pictures!). First of all, the views are outstanding from several large windows and the two wraparound decks. We tried to decide if we preferred the daytime or the nighttime versions and couldn’t decide. Suffice it to say, they are both amazing. The house itself has a very interesting layout: one bedroom per floor which for our group meant private living floors, which felt generous despite no single floor being all that large. I want to particularly compliment the owner’s decoration and design choices, which were unusual in the best ways and just create a space that oozes character and interest in every corner. Marcus, the owner, was particularly warm and generous in his communication — nothing canned— and in the preparation of the house for guests. Plenty of coffee, televisions and entertainment options, linens and everything else needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.
