Centrally located in downtown McCall with forest + trail access from your yard. With 2,800sqft of living space, the main house is 5BR/3BA with 2 beautiful family rooms. Perfect for families + groups, the loft above the garage offers an expansive game/bonus room with foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games, + a half bath.

Located in a forested neighborhood just a half mile from McCall's main drag (3rd St), you'll be within easy walking/biking distance to downtown McCall's shopping, dining, + breweries, not to mention endless miles of hiking, biking, and Nordic ski trails of Ponderosa State Park, McCall's 27-hole Golf Course, Payette Lake, and Gold Glove Park which has baseball fields and a playground. With a short drive you can be at either Tamarack Ski Resort or Brundage Mountain Resort, as well as numerous other local activities such as horseback riding, ziplining, white water rafting, hot springs, and more. You'll have the entire home to yourself except for the garage (NO GARAGE ACCESS) and a locked owner closet downstairs. The home has a smart lock for self-check-in, the code will be sent 3 days prior to arrival.

Featuring a tri-level 5BR/3BA main house with two family rooms, there's also an expansive bonus room above the detached garage (accessible from the back deck) that's perfect for spreading out and entertaining. With a wraparound elevated deck (+ private hot tub) you'll be able to make the most of McCall's gorgeous scenery. Pups aren't just welcome, you'll enjoy the convenience of a fenced backyard and access to forested public land and trails directly from the property. The oversized driveway provides plenty of room for whatever toys you have in tow, including boats and trailers. Whether you're in town for remote work, local sporting events, or an adventurous family/group getaway, this property is waiting to help you relax, rejuvenate, and make memories together. Maximum occupancy is 10 people; max 3 pups (pet fee is $50/pet/stay). Please note, Otter's Den does not offer garage access for guests.

Otter's Den has a great functional floor plan for groups, providing plenty of place for everyone to spread out! The main living area offers an open kitchen and sitting area that's anchored by a wood stove (firewood provided!). The dining area and breakfast bar are surrounded by windows that let in plenty of natural light, as well as access to the expansive wraparound deck that seamlessly blends the indoor/outdoor space. There's a second family room downstairs that has a 55" TV and a large comfy sectional, perfect for movie nights! The family-favorite is the bonus/game room above the garage (complete with a half bath), providing even more square footage and ample entertainment.
BEDROOMS
With 5 bedrooms and a full bath on each level, there's plenty of space for the crew! Dual cozy king bedrooms can be found upstairs, each sharing a full bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are spacious and have large closets. The main level offers a queen bedroom with plenty of built-in shelving in the closet, as well as a full bath with a tub/shower. Downstairs there are two queen bedrooms that share a full bath with a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom is incredibly spacious and has two large closets with shelving; it also has an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and walk-in shower.

*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.
*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to McCall, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to McCall from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.
*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.
