This sweet little bungalow of ours is called "The Grace House." It sits west of OU campus & is a short walk to so many fun areas! It's a perfect place to stay for an OU game or if you want to drive 20 miles north, you can watch an OKC Thunder game. Walk down the street to grab dinner at The Library Bar & Grill, lunch at Midway Deli, or relax on the north oval.
The space
The inside of this cute bungalow is renovated with wonderful new appliances, fresh paint, beautiful and stylish decor and wood floors. At night, the living room has a warm glow - a perfect time to cozy up with a book and a warm cup of tea. Master bed plus pull out couch in living area.
Guest access
The whole house and yard is yours. No one is occupying the other side of the property.
Other things to note
~ The raised front and back porch can be enjoyed but please note that there are no railings around them yet. Exterior of home will begin renovations soon - when guests aren't booked. Thanks for your patience!
~ Bathroom must be accessed through Master Bedroom. Helpful to know if there are adults sleeping on pull out couch and in master bedroom.

Summary: The description and pictures are somewhat misleading. This place was so much nicer than what we were expecting. Special touches and experiences were found throughout the house. My son and his wife are international travelers. They commented that the house and all the special touches ranked at the top of other places they have stayed.

Summary: This duplex is perfect for visiting Norman, especially for a football game. It's conveniently located within a 15 minute walk to Campus Corner and the university. Shannon was very responsive with any questions we had and the personal touches when we checked in were so sweet.
