Lovely ranch style home, located in a wooded setting. Very casual atmosphere. Beautiful pond view. The driveway winds across the pond dam and up to the home. Entry is thru the carport and into the kitchen. Internet. Hall bath has shower stall. Master bath has tub/ shower combo. Master and one other bedroom have queen beds. Two twin beds in third bedroom. Livingroom has sofa, 2 swivel glider club chairs, easy chair and a recliner
Sunroom with dinette.
Towels provided. Coffee maker, microwave, cooking and dining utensils.
PLEASE NOTE: The Pond is not stocked, we allow catch and release fishing only.
The Buck Stove in the LR is not functional.

Summary: Our stay at the Pond House was wonderful. What a beautiful setting! The pictures really don’t do this place justice. Sylvia & Butch are welcoming and attentive hosts. We were cozy and comfortable; our two older kids loved the room with the two twin beds. We would most definitely stay here again and do some fishing in the pond the next time around. This area of Georgia is quiet and serene. An excellent place to relax and have some down time.

Summary: Beautiful and peaceful setting. Sylvia’s art was a bonus, as well as the Frigidaire Flair Custom Imperial range. The Pond House was excellent medicine for us Thank you for sharing this place with us.

Summary: This is our second time to stay at this lovely country home. Had 2 mature ladies on this trip that needed an easy entrance ( no or few stairs) We had a wonderful time and this charming house is peacefully quiet and restful. All enjoyed the trip to see lights.

Summary: This whole property is nice and quiet. Perfect for getting away and relaxing. The house harkens back to the past but in a great way. You walk in and it's just so relaxing and you instantly feel at home. The hosts do a great job at making sure the house has all the little features and things you would need to enjoy your stay. There is only one TV but that's ok. The original stove/Oven combo is a great flashback. The hosts are also super responsive to the one issue we had which wasn't their fault at all. Shiloh is a great little town and close to a lot of fun things to do. Thanks again.

Summary: The pond house was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. It’s very conveniently located to Callaway Gardens, and Warm Springs. The house is cozy and well stocked. We would definitely want to stay again And we would recommend it to anyone Looking for quiet and relaxation.

Summary: Sylvia was a great host and gave us all the information we needed before arriving. The property was beautiful, we had everything we could possibly need in the home as She thought of every detail. I highly recommend The Pond House, it was very private and quiet. The furniture was extremely comfortable and the house was very clean, cozy and well organized. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely see if this home is available next time I’m needing to go to stay in the area. It’s a great town with some really nice people.
