Positive: We had an amazing experience at the resort! The atmosphere is magical, making you forget about everything else. Our room and private pool were simply exceptional, a perfect blend of comfort and luxury and nature. Positive: We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The highlight was definitely the surprise visit from some special guests — the deer roaming freely around the area, which added a magical touch to our experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful
Negative: The only downside was that we couldn’t book the safari, as it was always fully booked during our stay. It would have completed the experience

Positive: the only thing that we like during our stay is the nature location that mixes the sea and the desert together and the interior design
Negative: the first thing is that the staff ALL of the staff is untrained they don’t know anything about hospitality, lack of communication between exh other lack of skill to deliver a high standard of service including the guest experience staff examples is ( order a juice for the IDR will take them 2 hours to bring it to the room , ) we called the food services to cancel it as after two hours I don’t want the juice anymore , they bring the juice after 30 minutes from the call and the cancellation time . - house keepers will not come to your room to clean in the morning while all the guests are having their breakfast, and when you will call the guest experience they will send them again after 2 to 3 hours of your call another thing that upon arrival they will ask you about a specific time for room ( refreshment) at evening time , then also they will never came at that time - housekeeping staff are also untrained for cleaning. example is .. they never cleaned the outdoor areas at the room during the full 3 nights. - restaurant and In room dining close at 22:00 on the other hand the restaurant prices is very expensive for no value , you will not be having a good service, a mistakes and delay in the orders, the restaurant menu is the same every day and it is very limited no verity of dishes. another very frustrating thing was that as I am pregnant we asked the receptionist for changing the care for dropping us to the airport to a higher class and a more comfortable care AS the off route is very difficult and really bad , he confirmed that to us , next day one of the staff texted us to confirm the care and we confirmed , again next day another staff contacted us to confirm the car and we did , the suddenly at the night of our checking out , we WE asked if everything is arranged he apologized for the unavailability of the car we aaked for , unfortunately
