4 Bedroom Villa in Meadow Woods, Florida

The detached holiday house is located at the outer part of a park complex and backs onto a conservation area. It offers enough room for up to 11 people. The villa has an inviting lobby, 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a beautiful living/dining room, a completely arranged and equipped kitchen, a comfortable family room with glass sliding door to the terrace. The pool is located there (can be heated by request) with divan beds and dining facilities: dining table and chairs, naturally everything screened in, it heads to the south, which makes the place sunny all day long and offers a fantastic view of the natural reserve. In case you want to withdraw from the sun, that is no problem either. The protected, roofed-over terrace invites to relax and have a meal or snack in the open. You can also use the washing machine and a dryer in the laundry area leading to the double garage. The house is completely air conditioned and features a safe (for your valuables and papers) as well as an alarm system. -Christmas Tree included-!
Vacation - there are many ways of enoying it!: The vacation home is located in a quiet area, where you can find rental properties as well as Florida residents. The house is ideal for families with children, family reunions (grandparents, parents, grand children) - but also for friendly families that want to spend their wonderful vacation time together.The villa is great for business people, too (congress, conventions, fairs, exhibitions, aso.)!

Summary: The house was very big and in the perfect area but need some updating also coffee maker not working TV remote battery was dead living room ceiling fan not working and sliding door handle broken, but we did love the house and had a wonderful time with the family.

Summary: It was generally ok. Definitely not luxurious. Had major ant issues and that in itself took a lot of enjoyment away from our stay. Not enough kitchen items to really make a decent meal. Items that had previously been reported in reviews have yet to be addressed. Pool enclosure torn in areas, so we had a racoon family visit (a baby was actually inside the enclosure). Communication with Susan was a bit challenging; but she was kind and accepting of our issues/feedback. Bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room.

Summary: We had a a great stay and overall our experience with the home was nice, there were however several little things around the home that need attention, broken things here and there. We are handy and bring tools with us when we travel anywhere but it shouldn’t be the renters problem to go around fixing. It leaves you as a renter feeling worried that you’ll be charged for the status of the house even though the damage is already done before you’ve arrived - We temporarily screwed the sliding door handle back on though it will only last a few more pulls, cabinets coming off of their hinges and the dryer only sort of works after moving it some distance out from the wall, revealing a very dirty lint mess left behind, likely a fire hazard when left ignored for too long. So expect very damp laundry and make use of the Florida sun and patio furniture as a drying option - The toiletries and stock accommodations a are minimal and you’ll find yourself in need of things like detergent, toilet paper, kitchen needs etc.. we even had to go out and buy a frying pan, which we left as a donation to the kitchen, salt and pepper shaker too - Little things but they add up, in these ways It didn’t feel like home away from home. It was clean and the pool was enjoyable however there is upkeep needed there as well, several rips and tears in the screen make your porch floridas wild life’s terrain as well. We pulled several poor froggies from the filter but that may be par for the course down in Florida…
