Casa Ester is a stunning, two bedroom, first floor apartment, which has views of the sea, the mountains and the golf course and is 2 minutes walk from the Elba Palace 5* hotel, golf course and clubhouse. The property holds a VV licence for tourist holiday letting.
The apartment consists of a large lounge/diner, separate fully fitted kitchen, 4 piece bathroom suite, two double bedrooms (can be used as doubles or twins with extra long beds), fully fitted wardrobes, one large furnished terrace (with sea views) with access from both the lounge and the master bedroom and a fantastic private roof terrace with sun loungers, with mountain views to the rear and sea views in front, dining table and chairs and a barbecue where you can sit and watch the sunset over the mountains.
The property has been fully redecorated and refurbished and has a Samsung Smart TV with all Sky channels including sports, cartoons and films, together with complimentary WiFi. The property benefits from bug screens on all windows and doors, ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms and also air conditioning in the master bedroom for the summer months.
The large shared pool is just outside the property. The owner is a golfer and can arrange golf & club hire for guests with English Golf Societies at both the Elba Palace course and Las Salinas (10 minutes walk). The apartment is within walking distance of the Commercial Centre with its many bars, restaurants, supermarket, ten pin bowling, cinema and designer shops (15 minutes walk) or hop on the free shuttle bus from the Elba Palace Hotel (5 minutes). A taxi from Caleta town centre is approx. 5 euros. A car is not necessary to enjoy your holiday as the property is fifteen minutes transfer time from the airport (approx. 20 euros in a taxi). Our Property Manager is English and will meet guests on arrival if required. Ideal for couples, families or groups wanting to take advantage of the golf, sun and sea.

Summary: From the moment of booking this stay Clare was absolutely amazing offering so much information. When I asked her about where we could eat for New Years Eve she gave us so much detail about different restaurants and where they were,My husband and son are golfers and the 2 minute walk to the golf course was incredible for them. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need and more. The roof terrace is a real bonus and I loved watching the sun rise and set from there. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Summary: From the initial booking to the last day of the holiday the communication with Clare was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was well maintained and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh with loads of wardrobe space, hangers, storage and plenty of full length mirrors. The british TV was an added bonus. We couldn't fault anything the apartment had it all, even down to a "Dad" drawer with lots of batteries, sewing kit and random items that you dont realise you need to bring until you get there and go ohh I forgot, dont worry it will probably be in the drawer. The roof terrace was fantastic as was the balcony off the living room and main bedroom where we sat for morning coffee. The apartment was very spacious and cool with a good airflow throughout when you opened the windows. The sea views were wonderful at the front with mountain views behind and we did not feel overlooked. We always have a hire car and the parking facilities were very good with plenty of spaces. When we return we would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Thank you Clare and Gareth for a wonderful stay.

Summary: We were really impressed with everything from our warm welcome by Jodie to the thoughtful provision of all our immediate needs being already available within the apartment , hence no need for the mad dash to the shops. Having stayed in this location for the last fifteen years this is the the best apartment so far and I doubt it could be bettered .

Summary: We stayed at this lovely apartment last week and found it to be very comfortable and clean. The TV was a bit hit and miss because of the WiFi though. Location was good but was a good 20 minute walk to the shops. Pool area was really nice but closed at 2.30 every day but this wasn’t a problem as it cooled down a lot in the afternoon so we wouldn’t have sunbathed.
