Positive: The room and facilities are nothing but fabulous. Unbelievably furnished and the shower is something out of Startrek. Bed is superb, everything was great.
Negative: Still somewhat under construction and feels a bit raw outside. Restaurants are about 2-3 miles away, but no big deal.

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at this new hotel. Everything was wonderful – the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the overall space is amazing. There are great areas to enjoy a barbecue or a cozy fire pit, which made the experience even more special. The owners welcomed us personally and were extremely attentive throughout our stay. 100% recommended – we will definitely be back!

Positive: room was better than expected, especially as they were open only 8 weeks. quality sleeping facilities, cleanliness, awesome bathroom. had many up to date features. overall the location into town of Saugerties was great.
Negative: difficulty locating a wall plug that connected our phones and tablet. finally found one in bathroom. there was no visible sign at entrance. located on a dirt road and challenging to find at night. even gps had difficulty making an exact location. as I understand, other guests didn't have the same issue. as we are elderly, not having lighted signage was very inconvenient that caused major frustration and disappointment. hence our 7 overall rating, otherwise a 10 would have been checked.

Positive: We came for a weekend getaway in August. Brand new facility with amazing rooms. Absolutely beautiful location close to Kaaterskill Falls (10min drive) that gives you the close to nature vibe, but only 10min off the I87 and Saugerties which has plenty of restaurants. Owners are extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again.

Positive: This place is great! It's very clean, has a cool bathroom with a steam shower which was amazing and a Japanese toilet. The owners are lovely people. We arrived late and our TV was not working properly and Tony came literally in 2 minutes and fixed it. His wife is a sweetheart and they are doing a great job maintaining and improving the property.
