Summary: I had a question early evening on a Saturday night. I didn’t expect a call back until morning, Emily called me back within an hour. This was our first time with VRBO, it was such a pleasant experience we will be doing it again. So much better then a hotel, it was clean and quiet.

Summary: The condo is modern and comfy and is located in a clean and new looking community. We love playing golf at the Sapelo Hammock golf course and the condo is right on the course. Perfect location!

Summary: Our stay at The Hammocks in Unit #1 was unpleasant. The condo was not ready (cleaned) when we go there and we had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get in. I had a confrontation with (owner?) over parking. A bathroom was missing toilet paper holder (roll sitting in back of toilet) and stains on walls of bathroom (yuck). To top it off, one the two keys was missing at check out (our fault) and we were charged $500. The charge included replacing mattress covers and towels that were stained (which were exactly in the same condition that we were supplied with). Rekeying a lock set could cost from $50 -125 (checked local contractor) and I was expecting that. The owner is clearly gouging us.
