This 2000 square foot home which overlooks the 6th Green of Granite Falls North Golf Course features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus a quiet den with computer workstation desk. The home features a large open-space kitchen, a dining room, and a great room. There's a King bed in the massive master suite, and a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Bundled Cox cable TV and Free High-Speed Wireless Internet for your notebook, Mac or iPad. The Coronado is one of the most popular floor plans.. It is available for monthly or longer rentals. Located in Del Webb's Sun City Grand, Surprise, AZ. Only one mile to the rec center and 4 golf courses and less than 3 miles to all the major shopping centers. 5 minutes to Surprise Stadium for the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals and 15 minutes to Peoria Stadium for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres.
Amenities: Additional amenities include Free High Speed Wireless Internet, air-conditioning, linens, a washer and dryer, and a two-car garage. As a guest you have full access to all the amenities of this luxury retirement community including the Adobe Spa with both indoor and outdoor lap pools, spa, free form pool and exercise room plus the Cimarron Day Spa which offers, Massages, Body treatments, Facials, Manicures and Pedicures as well as an outdoor pool area. One renter must be 45 or older. Rental must be one month or longer. All one month bookings are for a calendar month from the 1st with a checkout on the last day of the month. CC&R. No person under the 19 years of age shall stay overnight in any dwelling unit for more than 90 days in any 365 day period.
Guests receive unlimited free access to the 2 pools, spas, and rec facilities and owner golf rates from $14 to $52 depending upon season with the purchase of a $125 Rec Card per person. Golf Cart is available for $200/month for your personal use on and off the course for shopping (Not included in rental rate). Please review the sample lease prior to final booking payment. Tenant pays for Electricity and Cable TV from May thru September.

Also on site or nearby are restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums, a fitness center, gym, shuffleboard, horseshoes, miniature golf, and an amusement park and Zoo.
Additional Info: Fully covered patio with propane BBQ, patio furniture and lounger for sunning and relaxing. There is a nice relaxing waterfall feature off the back patio as well.

Summary: We enjoyed our time at the house. Everything was clean. The view of the golf course was excellent. We even saw some coyotes and desert hares. Great house. Talking with the owner was easy and he is very responsive to questions and needs.

Summary: House was nice and backed up to the sixth fairway/green which made the backyard look so much bigger. Great sunsets with the White Tank Mountains in the foreground. Communication with the owner was excellent. House was close to Albertsons and Starbucks along with many restaurants. Master bedroom mattress was not good for our backs so we bought a 2” memory foam cover and it somewhat helped, we left it on the bed for the next tenants. Saw a small scorpion in the kitchen the first day there, John the owner lined had the Pest Control out the next day. We would rent it again however we are purchasing our own home in Grand so no need.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. This property is well cared for and well furnished. The kitchen has all the appliances and tools needed for those of us who love to cook and entertain! John was always available and readily answered back if we had any questions. The location on the golf course is beautiful. We would certainly rent this house again.

Summary: We stayed at John's place for 3 months while our house was being built. The house is very well stocked with various supplies that you might need. It was also in a very convenient location. Close to shopping and food - Trader Joe's was only 5 minutes away!! The amenities in the community are exceptional. Two large fitness facilities, indoor pool, indoor walking track, pickleball, tennis, and very reasonable golf rates at 4 different golf courses in the community. If you like walking, there is a great walking trail nearby the house that runs along Reems Rd. The house overlooks the 6th fairway/green on the Granite Falls North Golf Course, and the view is spectacular from the family room! The refreshing waterfall fountain in the backyard was another plus. John was very responsive to all emails and phone calls and very quick to take care of any issues we ran into during our stay. The only downside was that we had to pay for electricity and cable for the summer months and was a bit surprised by the high electric bill. I suggest inquiring about this before booking during the summer so you're not in for a surprise.

Summary: Without question, I give this VRBO a 5 star rating and the owner a 5+ rating. Clean, nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen and a responsive host what more would you like when you rent a VRBO? I can not thank John enough for always being responsive to answer my questions about my first long term stay in Arizona. I will return to Arizona again and hope to stay at this property again.
