Positive: We were in town for a baseball series with Ole Miss and this location was excellent! Only a few miles from the stadium. The living space was clean and pleasantly decorated. We didn't use the appliances, other than the refrigerator and it worked well.
Negative: If you're someone who likes warm-really warm showers, be prepared for lukewarm water. It was a cold weekend in Oxford and I wanted a warm to hot shower because I was chilled to the bone but the shower water didn't heat. The sink water would get hot but not the shower water. I am just a hot water kinda person, so this is pure preference. Also, bring a blow dryer, if you need one!

Negative: The only negative thing is I’m old and in bad health and I had to carry my stuff up a flight of stairs BUT this is NO negative reflection on the owner. I’m just being honest.
