Summary: Clerk was friendly and terrific. Property was pretty run down. White towels were dirty or just badly stained. Sheets seemed clean but I did not use the comforter. Floor felt matted and a bit sticky. For the price it wasn’t terrible

Summary: So it was slightly above average and i mean just slightly for the price but they seemed to be doing renovations to where im certain this hotel will be a bargin soon

Summary: I have stayed at this OYO property before. It’s not fancy, but for one night for the reason I was in town - the price was right. Unfortunately this time, due to the weather, there were some pipes that burst which affected the sprinkler systems, etc. So my booking was cancelled. I get it, unforeseen circumstances happen. What I have a huge issue with is that I was not notified! I did not receive an email or a phone call at any point the entire day. So after a long drive, I arrive in the evening with my family, and THEN I am informed that the booking was cancelled. That lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Oh, and it looks like I’ve only been refunded for one of the booked rooms. So I have to sort that out, too.

Summary: The 1st night, we went thru 5 rooms with the manager, could not find a bed with clean sheets or a room that was clean. It was almost midnight and we just got clean sheet for a semi clean room. The manager was very sorry. The 2nd day the manager had gotten a room with new sheets. It was simi clean. It was Christmas and no where else to go. We stayed our stay.

Summary: Room in no way matches the photos on the website. Daughter walked in and refused to stay stating it looked like a recent murder scene. Property manager was friendly and on site.
