Positive: Nice small townhouse in a community. I loved how it could accommodate a big group. Love how it was pet friendly! The dog bed and toys are a great addition.
Negative: Only small thing was the separate entrance for guests but it honestly wasn’t a big deal!
Summary: It was great for what needed, we had fun!

Positive: Clean, and quiet
Negative: We brought extra paper towels and toilet paper since I knew from reading the descriptions and other reviews. But there’s no dishwashing liquid soap in the kitchen nor extra garbage bags to replace trash can. We bought dishwashing liquid and left it in the property. Also, hand soaps in the bathroom 2 bathrooms were practically empty.

Positive: My family and I enjoyed most everything.. nice place, enough space, there was plenty of things provided. Location was good for us. Yes I would rent this place again.
Negative: We arrived at 330pm and was approved for an early check in. Too bad we couldn't get into the property till almost 6pm. It was 95 degrees out and I had my parents along so mom ended up sick due to the heat. Anyways a door code was given.. unfortunately it's not explained that this is a 4 step process. After multiple calls and texts, FINALLY someone was able to walk me through the steps to open the door. Thank goodness we could get in because we were really starting to worry that we were scammed which caused extra, unnecessary stress. We could not work the thermostat so temps remained in the 80s. My husband and I had the upstairs peach room. We didn't get the best of sleep because it was too "mucky like" and the smoke alarm kept beeping. My parents had the downstairs bedroom and we couldn't get the TV to work, so they slept on the couch most of the time. We already had a warning that our dishwasher was broke, so we didn't touch.
Summary: Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we would do it again

Positive: We liked how close it was to all the places we wanted to visit ! Was great to host the girls we had for a bachelorette party !
Negative: Finding the entrance the first night was definitely confusing especially after driving all night... instructions on which road to go to to get there should be included in the many texts and emails sent !
