Positive: Large open space. Lots of kitchenware and towels.
Negative: No heat in the master bedroom. Very cold when it is in the 30s outside. Silverware was dirty and no instructions for what they want done with laundry, trash etc upon leaving.

Positive: The property was conveniently, located to both Rehoboth and Dewey, as well as the restaurant and shopping along route one. The community was quiet, and the townhouse was very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Positive: Pros: Excellent pool/ access, 2 parking spaces, towels & sheets included, kitchen stocked decently with pots, pans, dishes and misc. to make meals. 5 minute drive to beach/boardwalk, appears clean, except living room furniture, washer & dryer, good bathrooms, allows dogs.
Negative: Cons: Sleeper sofa is in small living area (can't go to sleep until everyone else is out of room) ANYWAY, sleeper sofa (is main couch) would be a reject from the Salvation Army! It's stained and filthy, has boards to keep it from sagging, but sags anyway!. So I had to sleep upstairs on a small uncomfortable couch in the small upstairs room (that's where a sleeper sofa should be! Only one (1) comfortable chair in small living area...certainly not convenient to watch TV or enjoy friends company. DON'T expect to grill! Grill is rusted! Outside patio could be nice, but table legs all rusted and the chairs have iron backs...so uncomfortable! Had to bring out dining chairs when we sat outside. Desperately needs new furniture! Master bedroom bed springs can be felt. NO instructions where to find anything. Went to the pool and couldn't get in. Had to go back and try to reach phone support...they didn't know either. Finally, found a card in a random bowl! Prefer being able to walk to boardwalk.
