Positive: The staff is very nice. Breakfast is healthy.

Negative: Booked two rooms and both the same: the bathtub was a fake, water didn't connected. The TV doesn't work. The phone in the room not connected ;-(

Positive: Very good discounted last minute day of booking price for 2 nights. I got a friendly welcome and upgraded to a villa so I was very happy and the villa was tranquil. Good view when walk to the top of the hill. Out the way peaceful location with greenery in the background. Villa inside good standard especially for the discounted price I paid.

Negative: Toilet roll not provided when needed. The kitchen equipment was fusty, mouldy and no clean towel or kitchen cloth provided to clean up or dry things with. Noise issues - unfortunately the villa opposite an extremely loud man shouting all day long. Shouting on the phone, recording messages of his own voice shouting, shouting at his children.I had no peace at all for 1 day, could not escape it even with the villa doors shut. Currently no gym in use (despite having a small old gym) No wellness (despite website marketing as wellness ) Middle of nothing - you need your own food and car at this place and 2 nights max. There is nothing to do here and nothing local surrounding. Breakfast - poor quality and minimal. Little flies on food and no coverings. It’s in a transition phase waiting for investment from Chinese market to turn it into medical retreat If you pay top price note the following: Property is tired and maintenance up keep not up to standard. Aiming to market it as a wellness estate investment Abandoned building project at the back and marketing suite about its potential and trying to sell the project. Target audience Chinese

Positive: The price is cheap for Phuket. It's a good choice if you want to spend less money. The room is big enough but no bedside table which is a bit inconvenient. The little pool shared in the center of the rooms is nice for kids.

Negative: The whole resort is located at north east of Phuket. It's not close to anywhere. Once you are in the resort, you can't go out wondering around. This whole development feels like some countryside resort built by Chinese construction company. The breakfast is a bit meh.

Positive: The staff were friendly and helpful. The size of the Villa was perfect.

Negative: The breakfast wasnt the best. Not a lot of variety in terms of fruit and bakery items. We had a bath in our Villa which we couldn’t use as the water that came out the gap was a yellow colour.

Positive: Nice pool, and loved the Sauna. The villa was one of many connected in a U shape around the pool. The bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The fridge didn't work very well, and the restaurant isn't open.
