Positive: In a good location. Friendly staff.
Negative: The rooms were very cold. I used the laundry service and it took over 24 hours to be done. They finished over 4 hours after they told me it would be ready. I'd recommend using a local laundrette instead.

Positive: I had booked a private room with washroom and got a family suite. It had four beds and a very small attached bathroom. Everything was clean that were comfortable. Washer and shower was quite small, but manageable. Small breakfast with tea, juice, toast, scrambled egg. Staff were very friendly and eager to help.
Negative: My room faced the street, so it did get noisy at times, but was quite fine because I wore earplugs.
Summary: If you’re looking for a clean, not fancy place to stay, but close to the downtown, this has a great value. I would recom

Positive: Nice place in a good location to access everything in Pune, close to the main square. We had a good hot water shower and Wi-Fi. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation did washing for us which was a little expensive but was convenient for us. They lost one item but quickly found it for us when we notified them. We booked a boat tour to the islands through the accommodation which worked well.
Negative: We requested a quiet room but you could hear other people staying the accommodation very loudly from our room on the first night. We needed to leave at 6am for a bus but the outside doors were locked so we needed to find the host and wake them up at 6am to let us out so it would be best to tell them in advance if you need to leave early.

Positive: Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, location a few blocks away from the main square. Possible to book trips to the floating islands at the reception with a pick-up at the door (if the trafic allows it).
Negative: Stayed 2 nights in total in two different rooms. 207 was really cold at night, the bathroom window was facing outside so all the cold came from there, I was actually scared to go to the bathroom. Room 205 was a bit better in term of temperature since it was mostly inside the building. No matter how many blankets you use, I don't really imagine myself walking about with three blankets on me in order to relieve myself in the middle of the night.
Summary: Nice location, clean room, helpful staff but very cold at night
