Positive: Practically brand new place & furnishings! Everything was super clean & comfortable. Quiet street & the house had everything we needed.
Negative: Check in was problematic since the keypad didn’t work. Vacasa customer service text messaging was delayed but we were able to reach someone by phone.
Summary: Great place to stay, overall. So nice that everything was new & sparkly clean!

Positive: Every thing was very convenient and well appointed . Entry was easy with electric / digital key lock. Only item of concern was that the refrigerator tempature was too cold , froze a couple food items and after the first day, the temp did not show on the display. It originally said the refrig temp was 43 degrees but obviously wasnt correct. Needs to be addressed!
Negative: Would be nice to have fans in living room and bedroom accessible for control with light switches
Summary: Very nice, clean , roomy, comfortable property.

Positive: The was a vacation house rental, guest prepared their own meals
Negative: There was no detergent for the dishwasher, I call and advised the 800 there was no dishwasher detergent the day after I arrived, yet no detergent was furnished. The dished were all hand washed during our 4 day stay. The air condition/heating system did not work, the water/ice dispenser on the refrigerator did not work, the smoke/carbon monoxide detector in one of the bedroom had been removed, windows and sliding glass doors facing patio & ocean view were dirty. The lock box to the front box was difficult to both open to obtain the keys and difficult to replace the front door keys, The unfinished grounds next to the patio area was a extreme distraction to the landscaping and nor fencing around the patio was a safety concern and therefore didn't spent time outside on the patio.
Summary: I would not recommend this rental to others based on the current conditions stated abave.
