Positive: Loved the view. We had plenty of room in our cabin. The updated kitchen and bathroom were a plus. Sauna was nice.
Negative: The beds were a little uncomfortable. TV would be nice when you come in for the evening to relax.

Positive: Very peaceful and quiet location. Large space, Apple trees around, snuck in the middle of a valley. The jacuzzi was great too. It had showers right there and was pretty clean. Totally worth staying there, would love to be back.
Negative: The beds HAVE TO GO. They are the worst and are very uncomfortable. They queen beds are both almost hollow and you probably have to jump out of bed to get off the bed. This is such a nice property, but the sleeping experience takes away from it.
Summary: Great location, awesome jacuzzi, very peaceful and quiet.

Positive: We loved the quiet after a day of hiking. It felt great to be away from the crowds.
Negative: The only thing was the ventilation system between the units. The co-unit must have burnt something they were cooking and it flowed through the vents. Otherwise, this was a perfect little stay for us.

Positive: The location (Moab) and apartment were perfect. All we needed! The jacuzzi was also very nice.
Negative: Pitty, the pool wasn't available anymore due to maintenance as it was late in the season. Sauna wasn't working either. When sauna was working, the facility would also have gotten a 10.

Positive: A beautiful property! Easy to get to and find everything. The kitchen was stocked nicely. Appliances were all very clean and easy to use. The cabin is adorable and very cozy. Plenty of hot water for dishes and showers. Tons of hooks which was perfect to get items off of the floor. We did have trouble with the ac..just didn’t feel like it was blowing air. A fan would have been lovely just to move air from windows. The beds and pillows were our only complaint. The beds were too soft with 2 people…..sank to the middle. The pillows were too big and hard. But being able to stay in a wonderfully beautiful and secluded place made all the difference for rest after miles of hiking! Sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. Turkeys and goats to watch. Oh, I almost forgot…..we did have a surprise when we went to check out the pool and hot tub….a naked man was walking on the pool deck. We chuckled and never went back.
Negative: The beds and pillows need updated. Needed air movement.
Summary: Beautiful seclusion in a very busy town!

Negative: One of the beds had some pretty deep grooves, lol. I couldn't get out of that indentation
