Positive: Small features like laundry soap, dish soap, bath soap. Pans and dishes etc.
Negative: Property is a breeding ground of mosquitoes. We sprayed inside the car before getting out it was really really bad.

Positive: The property is designed well. Very open and bright with plenty of seating and outdoor space. There is everything you need including pots, pans, dishes, coffee machine, access to streaming services, card games, bedding, blankets and seating outside.
Negative: The property was a great value for what we paid. We do not have any regrets staying here and do recommend it. We were not aware the third bedroom is only accessible outside via a flight of stairs. It worked fine for us because our son was old enough to stay in that room. For families with all small children this may not work as well for you. We took out the trash as asked on Friday morning however there was no extra trash bags so we had to use a few H‑E‑B bags we found to keep trash in. The Wi-Fi was spotty and the movies on streaming services went in and out.
Summary: Great value for families about 20 minutes from beach and 40 minutes from Corpus.
