Summary: Fine place for our time there, for the price. Not too much at breakfast but there was a place open next door. Packwood is about the awesome places you go from there, not Packwood itself. Note to the management: do something with the old car by the staircase. That became the subject of many inside jokes on our trip. We didn’t mind it, but it’s just not a good look

Summary: They were installing new TVs which would have been great if only ours worked. To be fair, the staff worked tirelessly to get the new TV working and, when it couldn't be done, they replaced it and even logged us into a staff member's streaming service so we could watch what we wanted. Can't fault the staff - just the TV 😏

Summary: This is good motel if you’re a hiker and like to hike, the Mount Rainer, and surrounding areas. Here’s negative: Breakfast included, but it started at 8 AM, which is too late for most transit travelers. Air conditioner was quite loud, so we have to turn it off and open the window for all night. The positives: The staff is very helpful and friendly. Good location for hikers. The place is very quiet.
