Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The location and the facilities are very good
Negative: The entire property is manned by highly unprofessional bunch of staff. The check in took almost half an hour. Room service is very pathetic. When I checked in there was no drinking water and basic toiletries. Had to ask for it and it took them another half an hour to give a bottle of water. Though the staff is courteous but aren’t trained for hospitality.
