Positive: Beautiful large apartment with an amazing view overlooking the city. Everything was clean and tidy. There is AC in the living room/kitchen and in the bed room. Bed was comfortable. My host communicated with me trough whats app and was flexible about meeting. She also sent me some good advice where to eat and drink in the city center.
Negative: There are no cooking utensils in the kitchen (there are some pots and pans with Teflon but literally no spoons, forks and knives and nothing you could use for cooking). I didn't care about this but this could be a major inconvenience for someone planning to cook.

Positive: The location is great, right in the city center.
Negative: The kitchen: the cooktop did not work well, it was a nightmare to even have water boil for pasta, the pots were very old and scratched, unusable! The beds very basic and noisy - even if you breathe it cracked! The doors of the rooms could hardly close and even so after loud attempts. The sofa in the living room had a broken arm and the sitting cushions were uncomfortable, sliding down once you sit. There was mold in the shower. The owners should create more human conditions rather than just thinking about the money they ask. And last, the journey to and from the 13th floor was each time painful in those old shaking and cracking elevators.

Positive: The location is great - right in the center, well connected to public transport but also away from the noise. The building is safe, the host was friendly and extremly friendly with the recommentations. The space was great, comfortable bed and great view on the terrase.
Negative: The sunlight in the morning - the shades not stopping completly and during the summer the sun is shining at 5 AM. Also, bring your own soap:)

Negative: The entrance to the building smells very strongly of damp but don't let this put you off too much as you can't smell this once in your apartment

Positive: Localization is great just in the heart of the city centre, apartment is very clean with great bathrooms.
Negative: Only the most basic staff in terms of furniture, kitchen or other amenities. Owners do not responsive for any individual requests. Quite noisy with open windows.

Positive: Everything! The apartment is big (we were 2), is beautiful, well located, full equiped and with an amazing view. Also Ilaria was very nice with us, we have a delay because there was a strike in the train station and she waited for us and was very kind.

Negative: Water pressure in showers was weak. Pillows were ‘passed their use by date’, had to buy a replacement for one bedroom as couldn’t sleep on ones provided. Two irons provided didn’t work so bought a replacement one which was left at the apartment.
