Positive: These are really cozy and beautiful apartments with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. The host provided clear instructions with photos on where to park and how to get the keys. The apartment is located a 30-minute drive from the Schladming ski resort.
Negative: Everything was great, though the heating management is a little tricky.

Positive: Very beautiful view in the morning from the apartment. There was parking space available, pool and key in locker so I could check in at anytime, which was great because I was stuck in traffic. Apartment was bigger than it looks and well equipped. Contact with host very easy and kind.
Negative: Kettle wasn’t working, but it wasn’t big deal for us. Beds were soft - which is great for some people, but too soft for my preferences.
Summary: Everything was really great, we slept very well and had beautiful views in sunrise. Very peaceful place.

Positive: Breathtaking view from a private terrace. Easy access. Convenient parking place. A very nice restaurant at a golf hotel nearby, just 5 min walk. Also has free pool access in a building across the road, but we didn’t have time to check it.
Negative: Had to contact the owner ourselves for check in details as we didn’t get any in advance - that brought a bit of anxiety, but in the end all turned out well.
