Positive: Lovely rooms and staff. Comfy beds, bathroom with a shower and a bath. Excellent dinner and we loved that we could just get a coffee and cake before setting off on our camino as we cannot manage a full breakfast. The swimming pool was a delight to ease our aching legs. Would stay again.

Positive: The hotel is beautiful, a stunning old building. We had a lovely room overlooking the garden, with a balcony and a large bathroom with a bath. The garden and pool looked lovely, although it was too cold for us to make any use of them! We were travelling by bicycle, and the hotel offered secure bike storage inside an outbuilding. The hotel staff were very friendly and offered recommendations and encouraged us to use the communal areas of the hotel - we did, met other guests and had an enjoyable evening. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was nice and provided good fuel for an active day.
Negative: By the nature of the old building, the soundproofing between rooms is not fantastic.

Positive: Great location to go on a hike to the cliffs with amazing sea views. Free parking with plenty of space. Welcoming staff. Warm and cosy room, spacious and warm bathroom.
Negative: Price was rather high. The breakfast was basic, with little choice, no buffet (served by waiters) and mostly packaged and canned food. Cheese and pork heavy.

Positive: A lovely, quiet hotel in the countryside. Lovely atmosphere and welcoming, helpful host. The room had character and charm. Continental breakfast was tasty and having the option of evening meals was ideal and added to the relaxation. Lovely gardens for strolling around. We did not use the outdoor pool due to the cool weather but it looked nice for a warm day. The overall experience was peaceful, relaxing and felt like being in a country home.
Negative: We were happy with everything. It's a quiet, rural location so ideal for people who like the countryside.
