Positive: Caring, warm and friendly staff. Immaculate rooms. A secluded retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Medina (yet only a 20min drive away). All in all, a perfect blend of homey and luxurious.

Positive: Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Size and brightness of the room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and clean linen. Gardens were well kept. Swimming pool well maintained. Taxi service from the hotel was quick when ordered. Breakfast was good but the same every day so a little variation would be nice.

Negative: Daily room cleaning was missed twice which we were compensated for which was a nice gesture. Reservation was for seven nights, two adults with four wardrobe hangers supplied so we has to ask for more. Pool sun beds need cleaning and better upkeep. No food menu in the room or information on activities available through the hotel or tourist suggestions The outdoor gym consisted of four poorly maintained pieces of equipment in full view from the dining area

Summary: An enjoyable seven days and the areas for improvement will be quick and at minimum cost

Positive: The breakfast was excellent. The location was great for us because having stayed in the old Medinas in Rabat and Fes, this was for us like an oasis.

Negative: Some of the areas around the pool, cushions, chairs etc. needed a bit of cleaning and upgrade. They also seemed a bit short staffed when the hotel filled up towards the end of our stay. Overall, a magical experience, true Moroccan hospitality.

Summary: We were treated royally by the two managers who had chef prepare for us special Moroccan meals

Positive: A wonderful hotel in green and peaceful surroundings. Very nicely maintained grounds, a fairly large pool that is cleaned regularly. It has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and it’s never crowded at the pool or in the restaurant. The staff are friendly and service‑oriented; they speak good French and a little English. Hotel management is always present, speaks fluent English, and is very accessible to guests for advice, assistance, and arranging excursions. The room we had was spacious, with a cozy terrace and well‑cleaned. We highly recommend this hotel!

Summary: We will happily return to this hotel if we get back to Marrakech!

Positive: A very pleasant Hotel with very pleasant gardens

Negative: The restaurant menu is quite mundane, we stayed for a week . If you didn’t go out to eat you soon got bored. I feel also we asked for a fruit platter for breakfast, only two days out of 7 did this happen with more than basic grapes and apple, little things that easily can be rectified, The Pool Towels is a big issue, left on beds overnight, then clients didn’t know if they were reserved, From our room we could see the towels that were collected thrown over the line then reissued to other clients, on more than one occasion, I would suggest more new sun beds as plenty of room Some new pool towels Tell the clients to keep them and change when necessary, Offer clients a bigger variety of of soft drinks you could certainly take more advantage of of serving drinks and pool food to customers. Water was given out in 150ml bottles, when you during 2 litres a day. No shops within walking distance Marrakech is one of the nicest friendly countries , we did many trips . We will be back very soon to see more
