Positive: Amazing location and very nicely equipped rooms. Easy to self check in and to communicate with staff when needed.
Negative: Had some confusion with the checkout website used for this location, where the online check out times did not match the actual time set by the hotel. Staff reminded us though and we could vacate the room without any late checkout fees incurred.

Positive: It’s very nicely done with tea possibility (and tea there), looks very nice, very clean, big rooms, very nice bedlinen.
Negative: It was a bit cold in the arrival…heater is windy and then air was dry. In the summer no problem. Now in spring it’s a bit cold without heater

The location is simply perfect. Being in the center of Locarno, Palazzo Canetti allows easy access to the city's main attractions. The check-in and check-out process is extremely easy and convenient thanks to the self check-in system.
