Positive: The Hotel was very nice and modern, the bed was nice and big and lovely bathroom with double shower/sinks etc. The main bonus of this hotel was the very friendly staff, especially Flavia! She was warm and welcoming on our arrival and friendly throughout! The breakfast bags and complimentary prosecco was a nice added touch! Would deffo stay here again if coming back to Rome, the location was close to trevi fountain also!

Positive: The location is definitely a prime one—central and convenient for exploring the area. The hotel staff were all wonderful, especially the front desk team, who were friendly, helpful, and available at any time, day or night. The breakfast bag was a lovely touch and exceeded our expectations, and the in-room coffee machine was a definite plus that we really appreciated.
Negative: The hotel is still in the process of becoming fully operational, which was noticeable during our stay. Unfortunately, the terrace was not available, which was a bit disappointing. Inside the room, the lack of shelving in both the bathroom (which is integrated into the room) and the shower area made things less convenient than expected. While the cleaning staff was excellent, it would be helpful to have a full set of towels available in the bathroom area, not just in the shower room. On a positive note, the front desk was very responsive and quickly provided a second chair so that both my husband and I could sit comfortably at the table. We really appreciated their prompt assistance.
Summary: We will be back! And will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Positive: We were absoluttely surprised by this Hotel!! One of the best experiences of our lives were being at Rome and staying at Dimora Coppelle. Starting from the staff, Eleonora received us at the first day, gave all the explanations, tips of the city, besides being extremely attentive and helpful. The next days we knew the other members of staff, that were also great and very friendly, always receiving us with a smile. The greatest surprise was seeing the room: completely new, spacious, big bed, a lot of space to keep the luggage, facilities like coffee machine inside the room, safe box, mirrors, makeup table with lights. The bathroom was huge, with two sinks and also two showers. Quiet room, no noises from outside, and too much comfort, we felt like home. Everyday they gave us a box of breakfast, with croissants, nutella, jelly, juices, fruits. I can't forget to tell about the location: AMAZING, taking the right you get at Pantheon, taking the left you arrive at Piazza Navona, we did everything by foot, the hotel is located at the heart of Rome, and you can feel all the magic of the city walking from there, a lot of restaurants nearby. Really, just compliments, our stay was incredible, thanks for everything, we loved staying with you! For sure the next time we'll be there again!!

Positive: This property was modern, clean and in a great location. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and a lift accessible to every floor. The staff were warm and welcoming. Going the extra mile daily providing complimentary breakfast items and replenishing tea, coffee and water in our rooms. Walking distance to attractions such as the pantheon, Trevi fountain and multiple palazzos. Bus stops with lines to get to the colosseum/roman forum, Vatican, main train station and regional bus terminal were only a short walking distance away.
