Summary: The room was very special. You really felt like you walked in to someones bedroom and you felt that ”homefeeling” right away. So this is really something special. And the owner and staaf is so friendly. One of my best hotel experience ever. Thank you so much.

Summary: The property is well situation in the centre of Chania Town Square. The space (room 6) is self contained. Front desk staff are amazing, welcoming, informative. In our room, on arrival, we had fresh fruit, water, juice, wine, toiletries. Very clean and comfortable for two. I will say however that because there is a restaurant below it was quite noisy in the evening until about 11:30pm. So if you are early to bed, like we were, that was a small issue. But not a deal breaker for the comfort, location, amenities and great welcoming staff. Very good value and would stay there again.

Summary: Amazing host and staff. They were all very helpfull and nice. Location is in the middle of old town, about 2 blocks ftom the ocean. Room was clean, large and had many extra perks. Would stay here again, when we go back there.

Summary: We stayed here for our honeymoon. This was such an ideal place to stay in the old town of Chania. Everyone was so so kind, welcoming, and helpful. There was a mini kitchen in our room which was so convenient, and we were greeted with a thoughtful gift of wine, water, fruit, coffee, tea, and candies. The room was spotless. We loved our time here. Thank you Palazzo di Pietro team! It’s truly a special place.

Summary: This is a one-of-a-kind experience! The room we were in (The Red Room) was amazing! Incredible decor and fully stocked with everything needed, plus fresh fruit and water in the mini fridge, and some wine and local drink to enjoy! I would have loved to stay longer than the two days we booked! Hospitality was abundant and every effort made to make us comfortable and welcome. This stay was one of the highlights of our anniversary trip! We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Crete and will stay longer! This lovely hotel has authentic decor to the time period it was built. It was absolutely perfect!

Summary: This property was great! Family-owned for centuries with unique rooms for every guest. The place is right in the heart of Hania. For that reason, a taxi won’t take you to the door (so keep that in mind), and the beautiful rooms are older so you could hear your neighbors. Host have great recommendations, and you cannot go wrong in the Old Town nearby! Definitely would recommend!

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely property. Especially Eleutheria and her team made our stay very special with providing great insights and tips. We enjoyed every interaction with them and of course meeting Voula the adorable cat always put a smile on our faces. The room was spacious, authentic and very clean. The hotel is centrally located in the Old Town of Chania. We can absolutely recommend this place and we will definitely come back. Thank you for this memorable stay! See you very soon again!
