Positive: Absolutely gorgeous and exceptionally unique venue. I didn't expect there to be so many beautiful spaces where people can visit (outside their rooms) it was truly a palace. My room was absolutely gorgeous; I've never felt so much like a princess- I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff was very accommodating and helpful despite the language barrier and I appreciated their kindness and patience. Wonderful value and location.

Negative: The staff didn’t speak english, the towels and blankets were not of a sufficient standard. Breakfast is very. basic The place is with high potential due to its history to be a real pearl but the owner that as understood is the city council didn’t take it to the next level.
