Positive: The location can't be beat! Exquisite water and beach side bures. Paradise! Loved the kayaking, swimming and bushwalks. Restaurant reasonably priced. Big breakfast a favourite!
Negative: Whilst the bures we more or less clean and comfortable, they were very basic and the bathrooms quite run down, with evidence of water damage and a musty smell. I don't think it's luxury accommodation at all. I would reduce the price and call it 2 or 3 stars, and then we would have been happier. Perhaps have 2 options? Fix some up and call them 'luxury' and reduce the price of the others and call them 'basic'. I would be happy with basic at a cheaper rate... saves disappointment, also!

Positive: The location on a secluded island was beautiful. The cabins are nice, at the beach.
Negative: The housekeeping is below par: the room was not clean, the lamps full of flies stains, it smelled damp, the cabins and curtains had stains, etc. The staff was friendly but missed hotel education. The shop has very little and there were no other shops on the island, it needs more stock. Please provide WiFi to the guests, no WiFi at all is unpractical, leave it to the guests to use WiFi or not.

Positive: The views were so stunning from the room and from the main sitting areas. This place is a hidden gem. So quiet and feels like you have the island to yourself. It's great value for money. Thanks for another amazing vacay!
Negative: The only constructive feedback would be to expand the dinner menu, it's too limited especially if staying for more than four nights. The breakfast and lunch menus were great though, and food delicious.

Negative: The resort is in need of maintenance, as one would expect from any property on an island. So we just needed to be mindful of that.
Summary: The resort was really relaxing. It offered a few good hikes, a beautiful bay and good food.
