Positive: This is such a unique experience. Surrounded by wildlife, we saw cockatoos, wallabies, large reptiles and tree snakes. The staff are pleasant and eager to help. It struck us how young they all were, but they all seemed to work hard and were doing there best. The food (although a limited menu) was excellent we didnt have a bad meal.
Negative: A bit shappy round the edges could do with a refresh. Our room smelled strongly of damp and one of the days it rained all day and rain was coming into the room. The staff were helpful and we were moved about 4 hours after we complained to a much better room. At the weekend a large party of Australians arrived celebrating a late christmas party. Unfortunately on arrival they all gathered around the swimming pool and started drinking heavilly at 10am in the morning. It spoiled the experience for us and a few other couples who had to move away as the language was shocking. They seemed to calm down by the Saturday and were less annoying. Its quite a small resort so its difficult to get away from people.

Positive: Long Island is just stunning the location is idyllic for what we were after; quiet beautiful nature. Swimming with turtles was an absolute highlight and waking up with that view out the window - just wow
Negative: The food for a vegetarian was mostly inedible. Sorry guys you really need to do better on the menu as there’s no other options on the island

Positive: loved the location, had cabin number 13 which must’ve been one of the best. so so beautiful

Negative: Meals were very disappointing. The menu on line was not up to date with the restaurant. A lot of the guests were complaining about the quality of the food. Portion size for a $45 piece of fish was half the size a mobile phone.
