Positive: The place was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. The staff is very hospitable.

Negative: There is no complimentary breakfast. Travel was solely relied on autos. There are no rental cars/scooters nearby

Positive: It was closer to the event we were attending. It is a villa in a wooded area. So, it is a quiet place.

Negative: First, this is an Air BnB and not an hotel. It is a private villa. Second, could not locate exact location on the map using the Palm Creek name on the GPS. We had to call the owner who sent us the address just before reaching the area. The GPS brought us to the location but the name of this site was Coconut Creek. So, we passed it and reached the next town of Kinnigoli. We called the owner again for the correct directions. The place is actually named as Coconut Creek and is located inside a wooded area and can't easily be seen from the road. The owner arrived just as we reached the site. He tried to explain the reason for the different name. Didn't make sense. There was a caretaker on site and no other staff or reception area. Finally, we found out after we left next day that the owner did not get paid through booking.com. The owner called later to collect payment and offered only googlepay no credit cards. We did not have googlepay set up. Had to call a family member to use their googlepay account to pay the bill. We were offered two rooms. One with three beds and a shared common bathroom outside the bedroom and the other with one bed and a private bathroom. There was a third bedroom on the same floor rented out to other guests and a large living room and balcony shared with other guests. The common bathroom had a tub and a hand held shower, which did not work. A bucket and large jug to pour water was provided later. The private bathroom had no shower, just a bucket and a large mug to pour water over our body. The bathrooms were dated and may see mold in some places. There were no towels or toilet rolls. The owner gave us toilet rolls but had only two towels to offer for four people. We had to go out to town and buy towels, soaps and shampoo. No breakfast offered though on the day of leaving the caretaker made us a cup of coffee. No modern amenities, TV or telephones in the room.

Summary: It offered a place to sleep and nothing much. Suitable for people used to camping/living outdoors.
