Summary: This was our 1st visit to Palm Springs & this property was perfectly located close to everything! The staff was all very helpful & accommodating, even running the airport shuttle a bit late to accommodate my delayed flight! ( special shout out to Rich!) Loved having a balcony to overlook pool & terrific mountain views. Good price point, nice accommodations, well maintained, clean, seems good for families ( girls wkd so did not have kids on this trip, but could see doing so in the future) We were happy w/our stay & would stay here again for sure!

Summary: The unfortunate thing, and I really don’t mind the place, but there was no communication with us residents, that there was palm tree trimming the on Monday that I was staying there. So needless to say there was debris around and on my car, as well as loud thumping noises that started around six in the morning. A courtesy call could have alleviated some of the alarm.

Summary: The room and grounds are very clean. Staff is great. The pool was delightful except it needed to be cleaned more frequently. When windy, the amount of bugs/bees and dirt blowing into the pool was a lot so they needed to check it and clean it with the net. Other guests commented each time thru hot in the water. They should clean the blue tile in the water that is all around the pool. It’s scummy.
