Positive: The house had everything we needed for this trip. The kids loved the pool, the AC worked great, and had plenty of space for the 8 of us.

Negative: This has nothing to do with the property itself, but the Phoenix area is so big, that every drive was at least 20 minutes. I had hoped since the gym my kids had a basketball tournament in was also a Mesa address, it would be a quick drive. It was a half hour away!
