Positive: The view was stunning. The apartment itself was well designed with two bedrooms, bathroom and a full kitchen. The entire apartment was well cared for, spacious. The location of this property is outstanding. One of the best views ever - and we have stayed a lot of places. The staff were responsive and easy to engage with. The unit itself was very quiet and private. It overlooks Lake Como.

Negative: The twisty road up to the apartment was an “adventure” - not for the feint of heart. Once you do it a few times, it’s not a problem. The hike down and up are steep but doable - a really good workout: 15 minutes down and 30 back up (if you are in decent shape). Really, this was an exceptional property and staying here made our trip very special.

Positive: The view was amazing, the apartment was really nice and had everything we needed in it.

Negative: The garden furniture needs to be replaced. I spent a lot of time in the garden and the sun beds are not very comfortable and the umbrella was broken, couldn't be used. So I had to move around all the time looking for shades.

Positive: The views from the property were fantastic, making it a scenic and enjoyable location. Despite the high temperatures outside and the lack of air conditioning, the nights were still comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. The WiFi was reliable, and the apartment itself was generally good.

Negative: The drive up to the accommodation is manageable, though it requires some confidence due to the narrow, winding roads. While the location has great potential, several maintenance issues detracted from the experience. We encountered a broken sunbed, parasol, fridge door, outdoor bench, cabinets, shower door, and kitchen sink drain. The secondary beds were particularly uncomfortable, with springs so noticeable that we had to layer several blankets just to make them usable. Although the place wasn’t especially dirty, I still felt the need to clean certain areas before using them. Lastly the complete lack of wall hooks was quite a surprising inconvenience for us. After reading earlier reviews, I noticed that many of these concerns had been raised by other guests, some as far back as two years ago. This suggests that maintenance and upkeep are not prioritized, which is unfortunate because addressing these minor issues could greatly improve the guest experience at a relatively low cost.

Positive: The view is absolutely amazing. Astonishing 270 degree panoramic view of lake como is mesmerizing. It is impossible not to be impressed by this place. The apartment also had a nice grass covered terrace garden.

Negative: This place needs window and door screens because there's a mosquito problem in the area. The apartment was adequately clean, not to clean. I saw some spider webs hanging from above. The metal rack in the bathroom shower area is broken. Also it was not easy to locate the apartment because there are many buildings that look alike along the way. Maybe small pointers or signboards on the walls along the way could help.

Summary: Magical place to stay. Absolutely mesmerizing

Positive: The views were spectacular. It had plenty of storage and space. And everything we need to prepare and make meals.

Negative: The place could have been a little cleaner. There was a fair amount of dirt and dust behind and under furniture etc. We even found a dead scorpion under a chair. Also the property did not have air conditioning, however there were plenty of fans to cool us down.

Summary: Beautiful views and scenery to be enjoyed.
