Positive: Hospitality of staff and safety was good. We booked for 4 persons and 3 nights during carnaval. As our fifth person couldn't find a hostel anymore, they were so kind to put an extra bed in the small living room. Because we paid over 4 x more per night (carnaval time) the service for the extra bed was justified.

Negative: The building is next to the highway, so the apartment and its small balcony are very noisy. The 2 bathrooms are to tiny for normal use. The kitchen doesn't provide normal glasses for drinks. Only 2 plastic ones... The swimming pool is also small but decorated with nice bonsais. Overall, an 8 score is more than enough.

Positive: The apartment is located in a safe area.The staff was very nice and polite . We enjoyed a lot the pool and the apartment has AC in both rooms. Walkable distance from restaurants and supermarket.

Negative: On our first day we found a big cockroach in the bedroom and there were ants in the kitchen. We could not leave food on the table or in the bin for more than 5 minutes. The room is quite noisy and you can ear cars . We had only one towel to shower and we had to use the same for the pool. No product for the shower or water in the fridge. We had to buy shower gel and shampoo as well as washing up liquid.

Summary: No what I was expecting for the price we payed
