Positive: We enjoyed our bungalow. It was clean, quite and nice. The lifeguard lady at the pool, excellent and very responsible.
Negative: We didn't like the facilities at the pool and the beach. Broken chairs and sunbeds, less than the number of people staying there. Of course we need to say that most of the customers kept chairs and sunbeds reserved with a towel, both at the beach and the pool, not leaving us a single free spot. We had to check out at 11 and at 9.45 someone knocked. On our door and tried to get with the key to clean. If we were at breakfast, they would simply get inside before our check out time.

Negative: We were very disappointed with our stay at this so-called 4-star hotel. The property overall seemed poorly maintained, giving the impression that the owner has neglected it. We were placed in one of the bungalows at the far end of the property, right next to what appeared to be their septic system, which emitted an unbearable smell throughout our stay. To make things worse, there was constant noise coming from nearby machinery, and the surrounding area looked like a storage space for discarded items ,far from what youโ€™d expect at a hotel of this rating. While the bungalow itself was clean, its condition left a lot to be desired. There were visible scratches on the wardrobe, and paint was peeling from the walls. Additionally, the path leading to the bungalows was poorly maintained, with broken stones that could easily cause an accident. The food was perhaps the most disappointing part: mostly canned, tasteless, or clearly pre-made. Breakfast lacked even basic quality ,no fresh orange juice, just fizzy drinks and sugary artificial juices. Thankfully, there was a decent selection of salads, but that alone couldnโ€™t save the overall dining experience. The only saving grace was the French travel agency they seem to be collaborating with. Their staff were noticeably more attentive and made an effort to improve the guest experience by organizing various events throughout the day. Overall, this experience was far below what we expected from a 4-star hotel. We would not return and do not recommend it unless major improvements are made.

Positive: Fantastic value, very comfortable beds, great buffet, professional staff, nice beach.
Negative: The bathroom walls really need to be painted. Huge amount of noise from entertainers, music by the pool way too loud. Nothing to do in the area.

Positive: Resortโ€™s facilities for activities were great to keep kids and adults entertained(mini golf, football, basketball, tennis, ping pong, playground and kids club). Very good all-inclusive package offering variety and quality in dinning and beverages.
Negative: Nothing significant as a downside, only parking space was not enough for the guestsโ€™ cars at the resort. During breakfast due to high demand several dishes were finishing instantly and live stations were too busy.
