The beach is accessible by foot or golf cart via the Palmilla Beach Resort boardwalk.
Inside your stay, a water-view great room boasts 30' ceilings with exposed trusses, a sectional, and a TV with surround sound. The library has a table, puzzles, and books, offering the perfect hangout and board game space. Mix drinks at the wet bar and unwind in the ground-level living area equipped with a pool table, dining area, and a large TV. A second-floor living area has a beverage fridge, a sectional, and another TV. Prep meals in your dream kitchen, designed with quartz countertops and exquisite light fixtures. Highlights include a sprawling breakfast island, stainless steel appliances, a beautiful dining table as well as beautiful brand new furniture that offers you the most enjoyable vacation of 2025.
The primary suite is dazzling with plush bedding, easy outdoor access, and an en suite bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. All the bedrooms have tasteful decor, easy outdoor and bathroom access, and the air of the home's central air-conditioning keeping them cool - no matter the temperature outside.
Outside, relish having access to an exclusive, private heated pool and spa. The covered patio offers alfresco dining and a built-in grill. The lawn sits at the edge of a lake and is a perfect wedding venue if applicable to your stay. Two Gulf-view balconies have Adirondack chairs and loungers.

Summary: great home. Fire alarm went off briefly (not smoke alarm). System should be checked. no towels in 3rd floor master and needed dishwasher detergent.

Summary: We had a great time at this house! It is very spacious and clean! The pool is smaller than it appears in pictures but the kids all still managed to have a great time playing in it. The house has amazing views and outdoor spaces and lots of gathering and living spaces for everyone. We were located very conveniently to one of the pools as well as the bridge to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Summary: It was a super nice house, but we did have several issues with things not working properly. The subdivision is really nice and you can drive the golf cart on the beach all the way into Port A. Vacasa was great and helped where they could.

Summary: The house is beautiful and the owners left a warming gift bag that was nice. Unfortunately the elevator was decommissioned and not available for use the last two days and I had 5 people over the age of 73 that could not come down stairs until it was time to leave. Unpacking the house without an elevator was not easy and I did it with the help of my wife and I cutting my leg. On another note when I responded 4 of 5 rating in the beginning of the stay was because the trash had not been thrown from the two main trash cans and their was no room for ours. Other than that the house itself was great, and I would come back resolving those issues.

Summary: We had a blast at the Big Blue! We were so very comfortable with 18 people staying - ages 8 months to 74 years old. The views were amazing and loved the pond right outside the house! The ocean views were fantastic also! And the beds sooo comfortable! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people very easily - the kitchen is well stocked! And we loved the golf cart! And playing golf and hanging out at Reds in the evenings around the fire pit! A very memorable family reunion! Thank you!

Summary: We spent two days at Big Blue for a staff planning retreat. It was perfect for our needs! With only 8 of us, we had more than enough room and plenty of space to spread out and do our work. During breaks some from our team took to the beach, others recharged in the fabulous library, and a couple even enjoyed an afternoon nap! For our team, it was a great getaway that supported both our planning and our team building! We hope to do this again for our next team planning activity. Thanks to our marvelous hosts for letting us stay at this absolutely stunning property!
