Live the Florida lifestyle in this newly furnished (summer 2022) and decorated 3 bed / 2 bath vacation pool home in the community of Cypress Lake Estates, Fort Myers. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready. ***February & March bookings - single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month has been rented.***
The fully stocked kitchen, dining for 4, and additional outdoor dining on the lanai for 6 are perfect for hosting your friends and family! The master suite has a double vanity and large walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and king bed. A portable playpen and high chair are available for the little ones. Relax in your own private heated pool. The screened in pool deck offers a covered seating area, dining area with BBQ and griddle. The backyard surrounding the pool area is also enclosed, so very private and safe to play in if you bring little ones. The four lounge chairs by the pool are perfect for relaxing with a drink and a book.
WIFI included. Cable & streaming in the living, streaming in all three bedrooms and on the lanai. Propane (BBQ) grill & separate griddle. Beach chairs & umbrella available for your beach days. Portable play pen & high chair. One parking spot available in the garage.

*One medium sized dog under 50 lbs. can be allowed with owner approval and pet policy: Complete the on-line pet screening at , $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
