Summary: The hotel was great - some of the things in the washroom were a little dated and could be upgraded, the balcony was essentially falling apart and you could see rebar in some parts. Would never set foot on it. The elevators are extremely slow and it took us nearly half an hour to go from the 14th floor to the Lobby with our luggage. Staff were fantastic though

Summary: With only two elevators working and what seemed like a full hotel, the wait to go up and down from 21st floor took an eternity most times.
