Positive: The owner was very kind and helpful. All where very friendly.
Negative: The pictures are better than the reality. The place is not a "villa" it is a small apartment. Air conditioning is only available at the kitchen. Not very clean. And guest should know that the entire lake location is covered with millions of bugs.

Positive: We were just in transit and it was a convenient place to spend the night. I don't recommend Balatonboglár this time of the year. Almost everything is closed.
Negative: The room didn't have any view and the lady that welcomed us didn't speak English, making the communication challenging.

Positive: Close to everything: the nearest beach and restaurants are just behind the yard, a shop a few minutes on foot, a quarter of an hour's walk to the Platan beach, and more.
Negative: The garden sprinkler system turning on early in the morning and late in the evening generated a lot of noise in our apartment. The kitchen was extremely tight, even on small yachts I had more space at my disposal.
