Positive: Морам да пишам на македонски,само така можам да ја доловам суштината.Хотелот е преубав,имавме соба со поглед на цело Крушево,прекрасно!Персоналот беше љубезен,особено дечките на рецепција.

Negative: Она што не ни се допадна беше појадокот.Премногу сиромашен-јајца приготвени на неколку начини,леб и кифли,виршли и некои житарки.И така секој ден беше исто.Па за 100 евра од ноќ со појадок требаше да има некои варијации и разновидност.Е сега да кажам збор два за спа центарот.Чисто,убаво,погледот прекрасен,ти се бањаш,а надвор снег врне-убавини.Но гостите,особено тие со деца,па толку простачко и некултурно однесување не сум видела.Го расипаа џакузито,еден куп деца се фрлаа во базенот,а имаше напишано правило дека е забрането.Доаѓаа со гнасни обувки во спа-то,ужас.Не е хотелот крив што народот е прост и нецивилизиран.Додека со ќерка ми се бањавме,начекавме да нема никој во спа-то,доаѓа едно детенце,макс да имаше 2-3 годинки.Влегува и се упатува кон базенот облечено во тренерки и патичиња.Веднаш рипнав,дојдов до него и го прашувам "само си"?,а тоа ми вика дојдов водата да ја фатам.Брзо го земав за рака и го однесов до игротеката Немаше ниту еден родител во околината.Луѓе,вработените во хотелот не се обезбедување,си имааат тие своја работа и тоа еден куп работа овој период.Ова ми беше за памет следен период на распуст никако да не резервираме,не заради децата,туку ради родителите што немаат елементарна култура.

Positive: Great location, especially when there is snow – the paths are clean and salted. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean, well equipped, with towels, bathrobes and all essential amenities. The beds are very comfortable and high. The terrace view over Krusevo is beautiful. There is enough space everywhere, including the bathroom, which is very well designed.

Negative: The spa must be booked in advance for 2-hour slots (for example 12–14 or 18–20), which is fine only if the schedule is respected and controlled. We booked from 20:00 to 22:00, but the guests from 18:00 to 20:00 (two families with children) stayed longer. The children were screaming, jumping, splashing water like in an aquapark. One child almost drowned. There was no peace at all, which is unacceptable for a spa center. I understand this may not be a regular situation, but there should definitely be a lifeguard or staff member controlling the spa area. Because of this, we booked the spa the next day at 10:00 (opening time). However, the jacuzzi, sauna and loungers were not warm even by 12:00. If the spa opens at 10:00, it should realistically be heated earlier. Everything was cold, and we were told to come back later. When we came back at 20:00, we were told it was full. The restaurant is excellent if you order lunch or dinner and pay for it – fresh food, tasty, very good quality. However, although hotel guests are entitled to a 10% discount, we did not receive it and paid full price. Even though there seems to be “variety” for breakfast, it is pointless when the food is stale and from the previous days. Bagels were extremely hard, impossible to bite. The pie was dry and falling apart. Vegetables were dried out, apples and fruit were spoiled. Only the fried eggs were fresh, sausages were also stale. They put only around 10 pancakes, cut in half, which is absolutely not enough for a hotel with up to 60+ guests. I understand this might be acceptable on weekdays, but on weekends when the hotel is full, much more effort is needed.
